How to design a single reinforcement, doubly reinforcement and T beam

Given below the characteristics of a single reinforcement beam :-

a. Beam is reinforced adjacent to the tensile face.
b. Reinforcement withstands the tension.
c. Concrete withstands the compression.

Given below the characteristics of a doubly reinforcement beam :-

a. Beam is inflexible for architectural plan.
b. Reinforcement is arranged in tension and compression zone simultaneously.
c. Concrete has constraint to withstand the entire compression and as a result additional reinforcement is necessary.

Given below the characteristics of a T reinforcement beam :-

A portion of slab performs like the topmost portion of beam
Approaching cross section is like T-shaped
The slab section of the beam belongs to flange
The projected beam belongs to web or stem

Design method for singly reinforced beam :-

Define the service loads.
Suppose ?h?? according to the support conditiona
Work out d = h ? effective cover
Suppose the value of b is determined with the rule of thumb
Calculate self weight
Primary elastic analysis and assume B.M (M), shear force (V) values

Calculate Pmin and Pb
Select P among Pmin and Pb
Compute ?, Kn
From Kn & M workout d
Verify the necessary d with supposed d
Based on the final values of p, b, d find out the total as necessary
