A position is vacant for Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A medium sized PQS specialist firm in Sydney is inviting application for the post of a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to provide assistance in estimating, cost planning, contracts administration, and client liaison on projects over different sectors, varying from feasibility stage via to delivery.

DUTIES & Responsibilities:

• Estimation with CostX and Buildsoft • Cost planning and cost estimates • Formation of Bills of Quantities • Analyse project performance and generate reports • High profile Client liaison and management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Construction Management or similar field • Knowledge in measuring and quantity surveying • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal english • Capability to work in tandem with teams
