Construction Estimator 1.1 for Mac OS X can streamline your estimating process

 

 

MICOM Software just introduced Construction Estimator 1.1 for Mac OS X. It is a user-friendly estimating program that can be used by a contractor or home owner to figure out materials and cost associated with a project. There are near about 13 functions within this program which can be used by the construction professionals.

 

Each function has inputs that involve the area to be calculated. After inserting the measurements press the calculate button to compute and demonstrate the cost and the materials. These totals are then shown in the Totals form. In the Totals form, the users will be able to save and load their estimates. After implementation of a function, the users can go out of the form and go back to the Main Menu to compute other areas of construction.

 

This estimating program is ideal for producing any estimate instantly. As for instance, while pouring a concrete floor, the software can easily find out how many yards of concrete are required for a 4 inch thick slab or a 5 inch slab. After submitting the gravel sub base, it is observed that the average depth is 5.5 inches deep. This estimating program, will facilitate to quickly compare a depth of 5 inches or 5.5 inches.

 

The users can also apply the Slab function to figure out the yards of gravel for the sub base.

 

The construction estimator supports other construction estimating programs.

 

It also includes a built-in calculator.
