Xactware Launches Mobile Estimating App for the U.K.

OLONDON — U.K. surveyors, adjusters, and contractors can now dimension and estimate property losses on the iPhone® and iPad® using Xactware's mobile estimating app, XactScope®.

This powerful new estimating tool enables property insurance, construction, refurbishment, and restoration professionals to draw floor plans, apply local building rates to structural estimates, and create professional-looking reports on their mobile devices. XactScope is free to download and works in conjunction with Xactware’s Xactimate® desktop estimating system.

With the touch screen on their iPhone or iPad, surveyors can sketch rooms, walls, roofs, and other common structures. They can also resize rooms or add missing walls, doors, windows, fences, decks, and other building features. Information captured on XactScope — such as estimates, sketches, price lists, photos, and loss-site documentation — can sync with Xactimate remotely via cloud technology.
