A position is vacant for experienced Contract Administrator / Project manager
A leading tier 2 commercial contractor is seeking a knowledgeable Contract Administrator / Project manager on full time basis to work in tandem with their team for delivering large number of projects.
The duties & responsibilities of the desired candidate should contain procurement of sub contractor and suppliers, sub contract letting and management, negotiations and preparations of contracts, progress claims and variations, manage and track project expenditure along.
The candidate will also get the scopes to handle their own project, with the preliminary being a $3.5m new build project.
The candidate should possess a degree eligible for a construction related field as well as 4+ years working experience as a Contract Administrator on new build commercial projects covering $20 million.
The candidate should have also outstanding oral and written communication skills.
The compensation will be 120,000.00 - 125,000.00 $ /year.
